Bella Regia takes its name from the Roman ruins near Jendouba in northwest Tunisia, one of North Africa’s most beautiful and lesser-known archaeological sites. Rosemary, thyme and wild mint still grow freely between its ancient mosaics and bathhouses, and the air carries their scent.

This blend brings that landscape home: fresh, green rosemary and thyme, the cool lift of peppermint and the clean, open scent of eucalyptus. Diffuse it when you want a crisp, focused atmosphere, or add it to your own massage oils and natural cleaning sprays.

Every ABD Naturals blend is formulated by our founder, a biologist and certified cosmetic formulator, and blended by hand in small batches in our St. Albert studio.

How to Use

1. Diffuser: Add 6–10 drops to your diffuser with water, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Steam: Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in the herbal aroma with your eyes closed.
3. Massage (diluted): Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin.
4. Cleaning: Add to your natural surface sprays for a fresh, herbal scent.

Thyme can irritate sensitive skin, so use only well diluted. If pregnant, nursing or under medical care, consult a healthcare professional before use. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room away from cats. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Patch test diluted oil before applying to skin.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
