Four Thieves is inspired by a centuries-old European legend about four thieves and their secret blend of herbs and spices. Our version uses five pure essential oils: rich clove and cinnamon, bright lemon, and the clean, herbal freshness of eucalyptus and rosemary.

The result is a warm, spicy and clean-smelling blend that is especially loved in fall and winter. Diffuse it to freshen your home, or add it to your own natural cleaning sprays for a spicy-citrus scent.

Every ABD Naturals blend is formulated by our founder, a biologist and certified cosmetic formulator, and blended by hand in small batches in our St. Albert studio.

How to Use

1. Diffuser: Add 5–8 drops per 100 mL of water, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Cleaning spray: Add 15–20 drops to a spray bottle with water and white vinegar, and shake well before each use.
3. Skin (diluted): This blend is strong. Dilute well in a carrier oil and patch test before use.

Caution
For external and aromatic use only. Do not ingest. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on or near the face of infants and young children. Clove and cinnamon can irritate skin, so use only well diluted and avoid on sensitive skin. Lemon oil can make skin more sensitive to sunlight: avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying to skin. If pregnant, nursing or under medical care, consult a healthcare professional before use. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room away from cats. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Patch test diluted oil before applying to skin.

Storage
Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
