How to Use

1. Diffuser: Add 5–8 drops to your diffuser with water, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Skin (diluted): Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to temples or wrists.
3. Bath: Mix 4–6 drops with a carrier oil or unscented bath base before adding to warm water.
4. Bedtime: Add a few drops to a cotton ball and place it near your pillow.
