Plant-based solubilizer (Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside): Made from plant sugars and fatty alcohols. It helps the essential oils blend evenly into the water, so every spray smells the same.

How to Use

1. Shake well before each use.
2. Hold the bottle about 30 cm away and mist your pillow and sheets 2–3 times, 10–15 minutes before bed.
3. Let the fabric dry before lying down.
4. You can also mist the air in your bedroom as part of your bedtime routine.
