How to Use

1. Diffuser: Add 5–8 drops to your diffuser with water, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Massage (diluted): Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin.
3. Steam: Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in the aroma with your eyes closed.
4. Bath: Mix with Epsom salts and a carrier oil before adding to warm water.
